Who we are

Maiden Capital Pty. Ltd. is a boutique Corporate Advisory firm established in 2006 that specialises in:
  • Funding emerging business that seek to transition from private to public ownership (ASX listing); and

  • Syndication of directly held investment opportunities in oil & gas related projects located in the USA. 

In order to align our financial interest with the investor, we seek to co-invest alongside our institutional and sophisticated partners. This way, we only "win" if the investor "wins".



What we look for

We are looking for companies requiring expansion capital that have a clear view of their market and growth strategy.  We seek to work with companies that have a focus on high growth and global scalability.
