Mr. Trevor Beazley having commenced his career as a stock broker for Tollhurst Noall Limited in 1996.  Trevor has a Bachelor of Business Degree, Majoring in Accounting and is experienced in IPO’s, capital raisings, prospectus preparation, deal structure, company assessments, broking, due diligence, coroprate governance and corporate advice. Trevor has over 20 years of experience in capital markets, public company management and stock broking. Trevor is a past director of ASX listed companies Coretrack Limited, Vmoto Limited, Pulse Health Limited and non listed Ganehill Limited (Invisible Zinc brand).

Mr.  Nanne van ’t Riet has a Juris Doctorate (law degree) from the University of Georgia School of Law (USA -1989). Nanne has extensive legal and commercial experience in the oil and gas industry including senior positions with Royal Dutch Shell (in Melbourne, London and The Hague) and with Qatar Petroleum (in Doha).  Prior to working with Maiden Capital, he was the MD/CEO of small cap company in the energy/drilling sector (ASX:CKK). In addition to his oil & gas experience, Nanne is highly skilled in M&A, strategy development, operational planning, budget management, and investor relations.
